Verdict of DKI Jakarta High Court No. 525/PDT/2004/PT. DKI dated on February 7, 2005 jo. Verdict of The Supreme Court No. 131 K/Pdt/2006 dated on January 22, 2008, and those Verdicts has granted PT. Bank Permata, Tbk Lawsuit which has been final and binding. When the Execution process of Verdict No. 445/Pdt/Pdt.G/2003/PN.Jkt.Pst dated on March 30, 2004 Jo. Verdict of DKI Jakarta High Court No. 525/PDT/2004/PT. DKI dated on February 7, 2005 jo. Verdict of The Supreme Court No. 131 K/Pdt/2006 dated on January 22, 2008 begin, INKUD filed an Objections Lawsuit through South Jakarta District Court as in Case No. 1125/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Jkt.Sel. On January 19, 2010, South Jakarta District Court through Verdict No. 1125/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Jkt.Sel dated on January 19, 2010 has given the Verdict in which states to refuse the entire Objection by the Plaintiff.
