PT. Truba Jaya Engineering through Novian & Partners has filed a Lawsuit against PT. Barata Indonesia, Cs through North Jakarta District Court as in Case No. 05/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Utr. Such Lawsuit related to Designing Work 0f 2 (two) Containers Crane Past Panamax 45 Ton Capacity, which were made by PT. Truba Jaya Engineering on request from PT. Barata Indonesia. The fact that PT. Barata Indonesia, Cs did not fulfill the payment obligation to PT. Truba Jaya Engineering, has caused material and immaterial loss for PT. Truba Jaya Engineering. The trial in North Jakarta District Court will be held on January 26, 2010.
