PT. Maxima Infrastruktur through Novian & Partners has filed a lawsuit based on tortuous act towards PT. Layland Buana Mandiri, Cs through Kotabaru district court South Kalimantan as registered on case register No. 01/Pdt.G/2010/PN.KTB dated January 28, 2009. The lawsuit filed related to quantity and quality of delivered coal from PT. Layland Buana Mandiri which inappropriate with Contract For The sale and Purchase of Indonesia Steam (Non-Coking) Coal. And from the beginning PT. Layland Buana Mandiri supposed to wholly know, not to provide coal as determined on the contract, but to PT. Layland Buana Mandiri has not informed the matters to PT. Maxima Infrastruktur however PT. Layland Buana Mandiri still bind it self in to contract. With the fact that it has been happened a tortuous act which cause material and immaterial loss.
