There has been a legal connection between Mr. Hidayat and PT. Astra Sedaya Finance related to financing facility to purchase 1 (one) unit of vehicle as mentioned in Financing Agreement with Transfer of Right of Ownership under Fiduciary. Without any legal basis / reason, on August 3, 2009, Mr. Hidayat filed a Lawsuit based on illegal action towards PT. Astra Sedaya Finance through South Jakarta District Court as in No. 1372/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Jkt.Sel. furthermore, to represent any legal interest in such case, PT. Astra Sedaya Finance appointed Novian & Partners as the Attorney at Law. On June 22, 2009, South Jakarta District Court has given the Verdict No. 1372/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Jkt.Sel., in which stated to refuse the entire Lawsuit.
