Barata Indonesia , Cs through North Jakarta Disrict Court as case No. 05/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Utr, realted to the establismentworkin of 2 (two) Container Crane Post Panamax unit with capacity of 45 ton which established by PT. Truba Jaya Engineering on demand of PT. Barata Indonesia. The fact that PT. Barata Indonesia Cs had not fulfilled its payment obligation to PT. Truba Jaya Engineering has given material and non-material loss to PT. Truba Jaya Engineering. On July 8 2010, Council of Judge of North Jakarta Distruct Court had decided the case by Decision No. 05/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Utr which decide among others : to State that Defendant I and Defendant II had committed breach of contract / default and to Punish Defendant I and Defendant II jointly or separately to pay any loss of the Plaintiff amounting to Rp. 6.158.000.000,- (six billion one hundred and fifty eight million rupiah) with interest amounting to 1% per month and payment amounting to US$ 475.000 (four hundred and seventy five thousand US Dollar) added with interest amounting to 0,5% per month.
