The has been a legal connection between PT. Astra Sedaya Finance and Mr. Yusuf Muin related to financing facility to purchase 2 (two) unit of vehicles as mentioned in Financing Agreement with Fiduciary. PT. Astra Sedaya Finance through Novian & Partners has filed a Lawsuit based on default action towards Mr. Yusuf Muin thorugh South Jakarta District Court as in No. 448/Pdt.G/2007/PN.Jkt.Sel. Moreover, South Jakarta District Court has given the verdict on such case, in which stated that the Defendant has done default action and cause financial loss for the Plaintiff. Toward Verdict of South Jakarta District Court No. 448/Pdt.G/2007/PN.Jkt.Sel., dated on May 8, 2008, Mr. Yusuf Muin has filed for Appeal through the Registry of South Jakarta District Court on December 16, 2008. and May 24, 2010, The Counsel of Judges of DKI Jakarta High Court ha given the Verdict on case No. 614/PDT/2009/PT.DKI., in which stated to affirm the verdict of South Jakarta District Court No. 448/Pdt.G/2007/PN.Jkt.Sel., dated on May 8, 2008.
