Novian & Partners acting for and on behalf of PT. Bank Permata, Tbk on June 23rd, 2005 has submitted lawsuit towards PT. Wana Bangun Agung, Cs through West Jakarta District Court as in Case No. 244/Pdt.G/2005/PN.Jkt. Bar. dated on December 28th, 2005. The West Jakarta District Court has given the Verdict No. 244/Pdt.G/2005/PN.Jkt.Bar., in which stated: 1. Granted the entire PT. Bank Permata, Tbks Lawsuit. 2. Stated that Defendant I, Defendant II, and Defendant III conducted default action which cause actual loss for Plaintiff. 3. Punish Defendant I, Defendant II, and Defendant III, jointly to pay the whole amount of obligation of Defendant I to Plaintiff as per May 31st, 2005, amounting to US $ 719.987,99 (seven hundred nineteen thousand nine hundred and eighty seven point ninety nine US dollar). In Appeal process, DKI Jakarta High Court on October 3rd, 2006, has given the Verdict on Case No. 234/PDT/2006/PT.DKI, which affirm the Verdict of West Jakarta District Court No. 244/Pdt.G/2005/PN.Jkt.Bar. PT. Wana Bangun Agung Cs. Has filed Cassation towards the Verdict of DKI Jakarta District Court No. 234/PDT/2006/PT.DKI., and The Supreme Court has given the Verdict No. 2184 K/Pdt/2008 on September 15th, 2009, in which rejected the Cassation submitted by PT. Wana Bangun Agung, Alex Karompis, dan Huway.
