There has been legal relationship between PT. Bank Permata, Tbk as Creditor and PT. Tanaco Jaya utama as Debtor related to the credit facility, given by PT. Bank Permata , Tbk to PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama/Rudi Sutanto based on Deed of Loan Agreement which was made by both parties. Whereas, PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama/Rudi Sutanto has filed for Appeal process through the Registry of Tangerang District Court, dated on November 16th, 2009. And toward such Appeal Memory, PT. Bank Permata, Tbk through Novian & Partners has submitted Appeal Contra-Memory. On January 26th, 2010, The Counsel of Judges of Banten High Court has given the verdict on Case No. 113/PDT/2009/PT. BTN, in which stated to affirm the verdict of Tangerang District Court No. 355/Pdt.G/2008/PN.TNG, dated on June 8th, 2009.
