There has been a legal relationship between Rudy Sutanto/PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama as contesting party with PT. Bank Permata, Tbk., as contested party in connection with the grant of loan/credit facility, and to secure obligation of the payment to PT. Bank Permata, Tbk., Rudy Sutanto/PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama had given guarantee in form of a land including building along with trading goods stock and a Personal Guarantee. On October 24, 2007, Rudy Sutanto/PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama had proposed objection through Registrar of West Jakarta District Court, the objection was related to the execution proposal upon asset / guarantee goods of Rudy Sutanto/PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama which withhold by PT. Bank Permata, Tbk. And to represent its legal interest on the case, PT. Bank Permata, Tbk. has appointed Novian & Partners as its Legal Consultant. On June 23, 2008, Council of Judges of West Jakarta District Court had given a decision upon the case No. 400/Pdt.G/2007/PN.Jkt.Bar, which rejected objection of Rudy Sutanto/PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama. Towards decision of the case No. 400/Pdt.G/2007/PN.Jkt.Bar dated June 23, 2008, Rudy Sutanto/PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama had proposed appeal through Registrar of West Jakarta District Court dated January 7, 2009. And on June 23, 2009, Council of Judges of DKI Jakarta High Court had given decision upon Case No. 75/PDT/2009/PT.DKI.JKT which one of its points is to substantiate Decision of West Jakarta District Court No. 400/Pdt.G/2007/PN.Jkt. dated June 23, 2008.
