There has been legal relationship between PT. Bak Permata Tbk. as a Creditor with PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama and Rudi Sutanto as Debitors. Rudy Sutanto/PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama has submitted Objection Lawsuit towards Stipulation No. 90/PEN.EKS/2008/PN.TNG. through Tangerang District Court as noted in Case No. 41/Pdt.Plw/2009/PN.TNG. For such Objection Lawsuit, PT. Bank Permata Tbk. as defendant has appointed Novian & Partners as the attorney at law. On September 8, 2008, Tangerang District Court has given the decision as in Verdict No. 41/Pdt.Plw/2009/PN.TNG, in which stated that the Objection Lawsuit was not accepted.
