There has been legal relationship related to financing facility which is bound in Fiduciary between PT. Astra Sedaya Finance and Budi Supriatna as Fiduciary giver as mentioned in Financing Agreement with transfer of Right of Ownership under Fiduciary. There was facts that Fiduciary Object has diverted by Fiduciary Giver to other parties without consent from PT. Astra Sedaya Finance. And therefore there was indications that criminal offense has occurred as arranged on article 36 Law No. 42 Year 1999 in reference to article 372 dan article 378 KUHP. Whereas to defend the rights and any legal interest, PT. Astra Sedaya Finance accompanied by Novian & Partners as the Attorney at Law has reported said allegations through Polda Metro Jaya as in Police Report Number: LP/3581/X/2010/PMJ/Dit.Reskrimum.
