PT. Truba Jaya Engineering filed a Lawsuit against PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) through the Registry of North Jakarta District Court as in Case No. 05//Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Ut. The North Jakarta District Court has given the verdict on July 8, 2010, which stated among others: 1. Stating that PT. Barata Indonesia, Cs has done Default action; 2. Punish Defendant I dan Defendant II jointly to pay damages for Plaintiff amounting to Rp. 6.158.000.000 (six billion one hundred and fifty eight million Rupiah) with interest of 1% per month, and amounting to U.S. $ 475,000 (four hundred seventy five thousand U.S dollars) with interest of 0.5% per month. In the Appeal proccess, PT. Truba Jaya Engineering is also represented by Novian & Partners as the Cassation’s Respondent. And DKI Jakarta High Court by Verdict No. 633/PDT/2010/PT.DKI, confirming the Verdict of North Jakarta District Court No. 05/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Ut.
