Whereas, there has been legal relationship between PT. Bank Agris (as one of the member of Syndicated Creditors) with PT. Geria Wijaya Prestige (as Debtor) related to banking credit facility. In fact, the Debtor does not meet the payment obligation to PT. Bank Agris in accordance with the number and time period as agreed in the Agreement. To protect the rights and legal interest of PT. Bank Agris upon such credit facility given to PT. Geria Wijaya Prestige, then through Novian & Partners, PT. Bank Agris has filed a civil lawsuit against PT. Geria Wijaya Prestige through Central Jakarta District Court as in Case No. 27/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Jkt.Pst. Such Lawsuit also include the members of Syndicated Creditors as Co Defendant and Central Jakarta District Court will soon conduct examinations upon such Lawsuit submitted PT. Bank Agris.
