PT. Truba Alam Manunggal Engineering, Tbk. and PT. Manunggal Engineering, Tbk. through Novian & Partners had filed a lawsuit againts PT. Terapan Nilai Osilasi Indonesia at Surabaya District Court as Case Register No. 424/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Sby. The lawsuit was related to pilling Works and Pilling Material Supply at CP Bahari Lampung project which constructed by PT. Terapan Nilai Obligasi Indonesia on demand of PT. Truba Alam Manunggal Engineering, Tbk. There is a Fact that PT. Terapan Nilai Osilasi Indonesia has not fulfilled its transferred obligation of ordered material to PT. Truba Alam Manunggal Engineering, Tbk. and therefore it has caused material and non-material loss to PT. Truba Alam Manunggal Engineering, Tbk. In connection with the case, there had been a trial at Surabaya District Court which had been held on June 10, 2010.
