PT. Manunggal Engineering through Novian & Partners had filed lawsuit against PT. Gunung Raja Paksi at Central Jakarta District Court as Case Register No. 465/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Jkt.Pst. The lawsuit is related to supply order and material fabrication of Steel Structure Building for PLTU Project by PT. Manunggal Engineering to PT. Gunung Raja Paksi. There was a fact that tort had been existed, therefore it has caused material and non-material to PT. Manunggal Engineering. On June 7, 2010, Council of Judges of Central Jakarta District Court has given decision of Case No. 465/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Jkt.Pst with decision among others to state that the defendant had committed tort.
