On Nopember 30th of 2010 Maryati Apandi Somadinata, Cs (Plaintiffs) has filed a lawsuit based on illegal action against PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk(Defendants) through South Jakarta District Court as Case Number 697/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Sel. Said lawsuit related to Time Deposit in IDR and US Dollar currency in the name of Alm. Dr. Murman Heliarto to PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk. PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk has appointed Novian & Partners as attorney in law to represent the legal interest of Defendants. And on April 17th of 2012, The Council of Judges of South Jakarta District Court has given The Verdict Number 697/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Sel which stated to decline The lawsuit by The Plaintiffs in its entirety.
