There is a legal relationship between PT. Bank Permata, Tbk and PT. Tomang Maju Perkasa regarding with Conditionally Assignment of Graha Kencana Buiding based on Deed of Sale and Purchase under case Number 82/KEBON JERUK/1999 dated on April 5th of 1999. On June 20th of 2006, PT. Tomang Maju Perkasa has filed a lawsuit against PT. Bank Permata, Tbk through West Jakarta District Court under Case Number 232/Pdt.G/2006/PN.Jkt. Bar. On March 1st of 2007, West Jakarta District Court has given The Verdict which stated that The Lawsuit by Plaintiff could not be accepted. In Appeal, on June 16th of 2008 DKI Jakarta High Court has given The Verdict of Case Number 127/PDT/2008/PT.DKI which stated to annul The Verdict by West Jakarta District Court. PT. Bank Permata, Tbk has filed a Submission for Cassation and Cassation Memory against The Verdict by DKI Jakarta High Court Number 127/PDT/2008/PT.DKI., and Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia has given the decision through The Verdict Number 788 K/PDT/2009 dated on August 31st of 2009 which stated to grant The Submission for Cassation by 1st Applicant and 2nd Applicant.
