On October 16, 2009, PT. Boustead Maxitherm Industiries filed a Default Lawsuit against PT. Wachyuni Mandira though the Central Jakarta District Court as in Case No. 396/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Jkt.Pst. PT. Wachyuni Mandira has appointed Novian & partners as the Attorney at Law to represent its interest as the Defendant on such case. And on August 4, 2010, the Central Jakarta District Court has given the Verdict which stated to grant the Defendants Exception and declared that the Plaintiffs Lawsuit could not be accepted. Against the Verdict on Case No. 396/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Jkt.Pst dated August, 4, 2010, PT. Bouestad Maxitherm Industries has filed an Appeal to the DKI Jakarta High Court through the Central Jakarta District Court. In the near future, the DKI Jakarta High Court will conduct examinations upon such case files of Appeal.
