There has been legal connection between PT. Astra Sedaya Finance and Drs. Nana Sulaeman/PO. Sinar Pasundan, related to financing facility to purchase 16 (sixteen) units of vehicle as mentioned in Financing Agreement with Transfer of Right of Ownership under Fiduciary. And PT. Astra Sedaya Finance has repeatedly given reprimand both in oral and writing to Drs. Nana Sulaeman and PO. Sinar Pasundan to fulfill the rest of the obligation amounting to Rp. 6.486.886.000,- (six billion four hundred eighty six million eight hundred and eighty six thousand rupiah), however there was no good will to settle the debt. On February 24th 2008, PT. Astra Sedaya Finance through Novian & Partners submitted a Lawsuit against Drs. Nana Sulaeman and PO. Sinar Pasundan through South Jakarta District Court as registered in Case Number 123/Pdt.G/2008/PN.Jkt.Sel. On 28th May 2009, The Judges of South Jakarta District Court has given the decisions, among other as follows: – State Defendant I and Defendant II has broken the promises which cause financial loss for Plaintiff; – Punish Defendant I and Defendant II jointly to pay all of Plaintiff’s financial loss, in which until the lawsuit was submitted, amounting to Rp. 6.486.886.000,- (six billion four hundred eighty six million eight hundred and eighty six thousand rupiah).
