PT. Verena Multi Finance, Tbk (PLAINTIFF) has requested Novian & Partners as its legal attorney to file a lawsuit in connection to a legal dispute that occurred between the PLAINTIF and PT. Mulia Tangjong (DEFENDANT I). The dispute is connected to several Financing Loan Facility Agreements provided to the DEFENDANT in order to finance the acquisition of 4 (four) bulldozers and excavators, the agreements are as follows:
– Loan Facility Agreement No. 8010000939.001. Dated September 24th 2012 and its amendments;
– Loan Facility Agreement No. 8010000939.002. Dated September 24th 2012 and its amendments;
– Loan Facility Agreement No. 8010000939.003. Dated September 24th 2012 and its amendments.
On behalf of the legal interest of PLAINTIF, Novian & Partners filed the lawsuit to the District Court of Central Jakarta on June 28th 2016, with the Case Register No. 354/Pdt.G/2016/PN. Jkt. Pst.
The District Court of Central Jakarta will soon begin a preliminary case inspection on the Lawsuit Case No. 354/Pdt.G/2016/PN. Jkt. Pst. The date of which has yet be determined.
