PT. Verena Multi Finance (PLAINTIF) has requested Novian & Partners as its legal attorney to file a Lawsuit in connection to a legal dispute that occurred between the company and PT. Bintangar Maju Abadi. CS (DEFENDANT I). The dispute is connected to the Loan Facility Agreement No. 80110000987.001 dated July 16th 2013 between the PLAINTIFF and the DEFENDANT for the financing to acquire 8 (eight) Dump Trucks.
On behalf of the legal interest of PLAINTIF, Novian & Partners filed the lawsuit to the District Court of Central Jakarta on June 28th 2016, with the Case Register No. 358/Pdt.G/2016/PN. Jkt. Pst.
The District Court of Central Jakarta will soon begin a preliminary case inspection on the Lawsuit Case No. 358/Pdt.G/2016/PN. Jkt. Pst. The date of which has yet to be determined.
