Hikmawati, Cs has filed a Civil Lawsuit against PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk, through Central Jakarta District Court as on Case Num. 99/Pdt.G/2007/PN.Jkt.Pst., and Novian & Partners was appointed as The Attorney to represent PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk in such case. On November 7th, 2007 Central Jakarta District Court has given the Judgment which stated to decline the Lawsuit by Plaintiffs for whole part. In appeal process, DKI Jakarta High Court on September 10th, 2008 has given the Judgment Num. 416/PDT/2008/PT.DKI which stated to affirm the Judgment by Central Jakarta District Court. Hikmawati, Cs has submitted a Submission for Cassation and Memory of Cassation against The Judgment by DKI Jakarta High Court Num. 416/PDT/2008/PT.DKI., and Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia through The Judgment Num. 1173 K/Pdt/2010 dated on November 29th, 2011 has given the Judgment which stated to decline the Submission for Cassation submitted by Hikmawati, Cs.
