Bahtera Banten Jaya, represented by Novian & Partners as legal attorney, has filed a Complaint against The Head of Pandeglang Regency through Serang State Administration Court as in case registered by Num. 59 / G / 2015 / PTUN-SRG. In the trial of case Num. 59 / G / 2015 / PTUN-SRG at the Serang State Administration Court, between PT. Bahtera Banten Jaya and The Head of Pandeglang Regency have been concluded an Amicable Settlement, so then on February 11th, 2016 Novian & Partners as legal attorney of PT. Bahtera Banten Jaya (Claimant) has filed a Request to Withdraw The Complaint of Case Num. 59 / G / 2015 / PTUN-SRG.
