INTIBAHARI WINDUTAMA as 2nd Defendant as in case Num. 44 / Pdt.G / 2013 / PN.Kraks at Kraksaan District Court. PT. SURYAWINDU PERTIWI as 1st Defendant and PT. INTIBAHARI WINDUTAMA as 2nd Defendant has appointed Novian & Partners to represent its legal interests in trial of case Num. 44 / Pdt.G / 2013 / PN.Kraks at Kraksaan District Court. On February 11th, 2015, the Council of Judges of Kraksaan District Court has given The Judgment on case Num. 44 / Pdt.G / 2014 / PN.Kraks in which stated that The Lawsuit by Plaintiffs could not be accepted (niet ontvankelijke verklaard)
