State the DEFENDANT not proven legally and convincingly guilty of corruption, as charged in the First Primary charged; 2. Freeing DEFENDANT therefore from the First Primary charges; 3. State the DEFENDANT has proven legally and convincingly guilty of corruption, as in the First Subsidiary Charges. 4. Sentenced imprisonment the Accused Dr. Erik Syehabudin, MM for 1 (one) year and 6 (six) months and maximum fine Rp.50.000.000,00 (fifty million rupiah), with term if the fine couldnt be paid, it shall be replaced by a fine of imprisonment for 3 (three) months.;
