PT. Intibahari Windutama is a legal rights holder of land with area of 249.000. M2 as in Certificate of Cultivation Right on Land Num. 3/Jabung Sisir located in Probolinggo Regency, East Java. On June 21st, 2013 Umi Cholilah Cs (The Plaintiff) filed a Lawsuit related to Certificate of Cultivation Right on Land Num. 3/Jabung Sisir against PT. Intibahari Windutama (2nd Defendant) through Kraksaan District Court as in Case Num. 27/Pdt.G/2013/PN.Kraka. And to represent the legal interests of PT. Intibahari Windutama (as 2nd Defendant in Civil Case Num. 27/Pdt.G/2013/PN.Kraka., PT. Intibahari Windutama appointed Novian & Partners as Legal Attorney. On September 11th, 2013 Umi Cholilah Cs revoke the Lawsuit and Kraksaan District Court gave The Stipulation Num. 27/Pdt.G/2013/PN.Kab.Prob dated on September 11th, 2013 which stated : to order The Registrar of Kraksaan District Court to delete such case from The On-Going Register.
