On October 14th, 2010, Novian & Partners as The Attorney of PT. Truba Alam Manunggal Engineering, Tbk has filed a lawsuit based on default against PT. Terapan Nilai Osilasi Indonesia through Central Jakarta District Court as Case Number 463/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Pst. On June 9th, 2011 Central Jakarta District Court has given the Judgment in which stated that The Defendant has done the default and punish the Defendant to indemnify to The plaintiff in amount of Rp. 6,792,960,521.4 (Rupiahs six billions and seven hundred ninety two millions and nine hundred sixty thousand and five hundred twenty one and four cent) and USD 1.052.075,99 (US Dollars one millions and fifty two thousands and seventy five and ninety nine cent). In Appeal, on Mei 31st of 2012, DKI Jakarta High Court has given the Judgment upon case Number 595/PDT/2011/PT.DKI, in which stated to affirm the Judgment by central Jakarta District Court Number 463/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Pst dated on June 9th of 2011.
