On February 11th, 2010 PT. Gunung Raja Paksi has filed a lawsuit based on default (Wanprestasi) against PT. Manunggal Engineering through The Registrar of Central Jakarta District Court as in case Number 69/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Pst. PT. Wachyuni Mandira has appointed Novian & Partners to represent its legal interest as The Defendant in such case. On September 1st, 2010 The Council of Judges of Central Jakarta District Court has given The Verdict Number 69/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Pst which stated that The Lawsuit by The Plaintiff could not be accepted and punished the Plaintiff to pay legal fees incurred. In Appeal, on February 29th, 2012 DKI Jakarta High Court has given The Verdict of case Number 69/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Pst which stated to affirm The Verdict by Central Jakarta District Court Number 69/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Pst dated on September 1st, 2010.
