On April 21st, 2011 PT. Swakarya Adisejahtera, Cs as The Plaintiiffs has filed a lawsuit based on illegal action against PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk as The Defendant through South Jakarta District Court as in Case Number 240/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Jkt.Sel. Lawsuit by PT. Swakarya Adisejahtera, Cs was regarding with option right to repurchase shares of PT. Karabha Digdaya. And Novian & Partners has represented the legal interest of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk as The 2nd Defendant in case Number 240/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Jkt.Sel. On March 28th, 2012 The Council of Judges of South Jakarta District Court has given The Verdict of case Number 240/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Jkt.Sel. which stated that The Lawsuit by The Plaintiffs is ne bis in idem, and so The Lawsuit by The Plaintiffs could not be accepted.
