There has been legal relationship between PT. Bank Permata, Tbk (Creditor) and PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama/Rudi Sutanto (Debtor), which is related to credit facilities given by PT. Bank Permata, Tbk to PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama/Rudi Sutanto based on Deed of Loan Agreement made by The Parties. PT. Bank Permata, Tbk has appointed Novian & Partners as attorney to represent legal interest of PT. Bank Permata, Tbk as Creditor in civil case Number 355/Pdt.G/2008/PN.TNG at Tangerang District Court. On June 8th of 2009, Tangerang District Court has given The Verdict of case Number 355/Pdt.G/2008/PN.TNG, in which stated that Lawsuit by PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama/Rudi Sutanto could not be accepted. PT. Bank Permata, Tbk has appointed Novian & Partners as attorney to represent legal interest of PT. Bank Permata, Tbk as Creditor in civil case Number 355/Pdt.G/2008/PN.TNG at Tangerang District Court. On June 8th of 2009, Tangerang District Court has given The Verdict of case Number 355/Pdt.G/2008/PN.TNG, in which stated that Lawsuit by PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama/Rudi Sutanto could not be accepted. In appeal, on January 26th of 2010, Banten High Court has given The Verdict of Case Number 113/PDT/2009/PT.BTN, in which stated to affirm The Verdict by Tangerang District Court. Therefore, PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama/Rudi Sutanto has filed a Submission for Cassation and Cassation Memory towards The Verdict by banten High Court Number 113/PDT/2009/PT.BTN. and Supreme Court through The Verdict Number 2402 K/Pdt/2010 dated on November 29th of 2011, has given The Verdict which stated to decline a Submission of Cassation filed by PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama/Rudi Sutanto.
