There is a legal relationship between PT.Manunggal Engineering and PT. Gunung Raja Paksi, which is related to Supply Ordering and Steel Structure Building for Project of Steam Power Plant by PT. Manunggal Engineering to PT. Gunung Raja Paksi. On November 24th, 2009 PT. Manunggal Engineering through its attorney Novian & Partners has filed a lawsuit against PT. Gunung Raja Paksi through The Registrar of Central Jakarta District Court as on Case Num. 465/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Jkt.Pst. On June 7th, 2010 The Council of Judges of Central Jakarta District Court has given the Judgment Num. 465/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Jkt.Pst which stated among others state PT. Gunung Raja Paksi has done illegal action and punish PT. Gunung Raja Paksi to pay compensation to PT. Manunggal Engineering in amount of IDR. 12,511,554,776.30 (twelve billion five hundred and eleven million five hundred and fifty four thousand seven hundred and seventy six point three Indonesian Rupiahs). In appeal process, on October 24th, 2011 DKI Jakarta High Court has given the Judgment Num. 202/PDT/2011/PT.DKI which stated among others to affirm the Judgment by Central Jakarta District Court Num. 465/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Jkt.Pst. PT. Gunung Raja Paksi has submit a Cassation against The Judgment by DKI Jakarta High Court Num. 202/PDT/2011/PT.DKI., and The Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia through the Judgment Num. 1934 K/Pdt/2012 on February 26th, 2013 has given the Judgment which stated to decline the Submission for Cassation submitted by PT. Gunung Raja Paksi.
