There has been legal relationship between PT. Meta Epsi (PLAINTIFF) and PT. PLN (Persero) 2ND DEFENDANT) and in such legal relationship, PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk is The Issuer of Advance Payment Bond and Performance Bond given by PT. Meta Epsi to PT. PLN (Persero). To such legal problems, PT. Meta Epsi has filed a Civil lawsuit through South Jakarta District Court as on Case Num. 187/Pdt.G/2012/PN.Jkt.Sel placing PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk as 1st Defendant and PT. PLN (Persero) as 2nd Defendant, PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk has appointed Novian & Partners as its attorney. On March 14th, 2013, South Jakarta District Court has given the Judgment of Case Num. 187/Pdt.G/2012/PN.Jkt.Sel which stated to decline Petitums of Lawsuit along related to PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk.
