Whereas, there has been legal relationship between PT. Bank Agris (as one of the member of Syndicated Creditors) with PT. Geria Wijaya Prestige (as Debtor) rlated to bankingcreditfacility. In fact, the Debtor does not meet the payment obligation to PT. Bank Agris in accordance with the number and time period as agreed in the Agreement. To protect the rights and legal interest of PT. Bank Agris upon such credit facility given to PT. Geria Wijaya Prestige, so through Novian & Partners, PT. Bank Agris has filed a civil lawsuit against PT. Geria Wijaya Prestige through Central Jakarta District Court as in Case No. 27/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Jkt.Pst. And on august 18th, 2011, Central Jakarta District Court has given The Verdict of case No. 27/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Jkt.Pst in which stated : In Exception : Declined the exception by The Defendant and The Co-Defendant. In Subject Matters : 1. accepted lawsuit by The Plaintiff partially. 2. Stated that The Defendant has done default which causing loss for The Plaintiff. 3. Condemned The Defendant to pay any loss to the Plaintiff which until Janury 7th 2011, amounting to US$ 20,389,661.26 (twenty million three hundred eighty nine thousand six hudred sixty one US Dollars twenty six cent) by cash and at the same time within at least 14 (fourteen) days since the Verdict of Case was pronounced. 4. condemned the Defendant to pay cost of such case. 5. Condemned the Defendants to be subject and obedient with The Verdict. 6. Declined lawsuit of the Plaintiff for the rest.
