There has been legal relationship between Rere Ronggolawe and PT. astra sedaya finance related to financing facility to purchase 1 (one) unit of vehicles as mentioned in Financing Agreement with transfer of Right of Ownership under Fiduciary. Without any legal basis / reason, on December 10th, 2010, Rere Ronggolawe has filed a Lawsuit based on illegal action towards PT. Astra Sedaya Finance through Bogor District Court as in No. 128/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Bgr. and, to represent any legal interest in such case, PT. Astra Sedaya Finance had appointed Novian & Partners as the Attorney at Law. And on August 16th, 2011 Bogor District Court has given the Verdict of Case No. 128/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Bgr which in stated to decline the lawsuit by The Plaintiff for entirely.
