On October 14th 2010, PT. Truba Alam Manunggal Engineering, Tbk through Novian & Partners has filed lawsuit based on default against PT. Terapan Nilai Osilasi Indonesia through Central Jakarta District Court as in case No. 463/Pdt.G/2010/PN. Jkt. Pst. Such lawsuit related to Pilling Order and Pilling material Supply for PLTU Bangka Belitung project. And on June 9th,2011, Central Jakarta District Court has given the verdict, in which stated In exception Declared that the exception by The Defendant could not be accepted. In Subject matters : 1. Grant the lawsuit by The Plaintiff partially. 2. Declared that the defendant has done defaults which caused losses to the plaintiff. 3. Legally declared, occurrence of the encounter debt between the Plaintiff with The Defendant, in which total of the defendant liabilities to the Plaintiff is in the amount of 15.207.738.439,4 (fifteen billion two hundred seven million seven hudred thirty eight thousand four hundred thirty nine and four) and USD 1,052.075,99 (one million fifty two thousand seventy five US Dollars and ninety nine cent), and total of the Plaintiffs liabilities (as a results of transfer of debts from co-defendant to the plaintiff) is in the amount of Rp. 8.414.777.918,- (eight billion four hundred fourteen million seven hudred seventy seven thousand nine hundred eighteen Rupiah), therefore causing the rest of the Defendants liabilities to the Plaintiff is in the amount of RP. 6.792.960.521,4,- ( six billion seven hundred ninety two million nine hundred sixty thousand five hundred twenty one Rupiah and four cent) and USD 1.052.075 (one million fifty two thousand seventy five US Dollars 4. Condemned the defendant to pay compensation to the Plaintiff in the amount of RP. 6.792.960.521,4,- (six billion seven hundred ninety two million nine hundred sixty thousand five hundred twenty one Rupiah and four cent) and USD 1.052.075 (one million fifty two thousand seventy five US Dollars and ninety nine cent), in cash and at the same time not later than 14 (fourteen) days, with interest at 2 % (two percent) per month of the total amount mentiond above, since the verdict pronounced; 5. Condemned the defendant to pay the legal costs incurred; 6. Condemned co-defendant to comply and obey the verdict; 6. Refused the plaintiffs lawsuit for the addition and the rest.
