On March 19, 2010, PT. Prima Kencana Lestari filed a lawsuit against PT. Bank Permata, Tbk. through The Registry of South Jakarta District Court as in Case No. 264/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Sel. PT. Bank. Permata, Tbk has appointed Novian & Partners as the Attorney at Law to represent legal interest as Defendant, in trial process held in The South Jakarta District Court. On October 14, 2010, The South Jakarta District Court has given the decision, in which stated: 1. Accepted the entire Exception regarding absolute competency from Defendant (PT. Bank Permata); 2. Stating that The South Jakarta District Court has no authority to examine, hear and decide the Case.
