On 21th of March 2011, Amir Hamzah as the Plaintiff has filed a lawsuit regarding with illegal action against Regional House of Representative of DKI Jakarta Province (DPRD Provinsi DKI Jakarta) through Central Jakarta District Court as case Number 116/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Jkt.Pst. In such lawsuit, the Plaintiff has asked Central Jakarta District Court to order DPRD Provinsi DKI Jakarta to stop the execution of activities of APBD DKI Jakarta year 2011 until The Defendant execute PP RI Number 16 Year 2010. Novian & Partners has appointed by DPRD Provinsi DKI Jakarta to represent its legal interest as the Defendant in such case, and on 22th September 2011, Central Jakarta District Court has given the Verdict which stated among others stated that lawsuit by the Plaintiff cannot be accepted
