On February 11,2010 PT. Gunung Raja Paksi had submitted Broad of Contract or Default lawsuit towards PT. Manunggal Engineering through registrar of Central Jakarta District Court as case No. 69/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Jkt.Pst. PT. Manunggal Engineering had appointed Novian & Partners as its Legal Consultant in the trial process at Central Jakarta District Court to represent its Legal Interest as Defendant and on September 01, 2010, Central Jakarta District Court had given decision paper with decision to state lawsuit of PT. Gunung Raja Paksi (Plaintiff) can not be accepted.
