There had been a legal relationship between PT. Bank Permata, Tbk., as the Creditor, with Rudy Sutanto and PT. Tanaco Jaya as the Debitor in connection with credit facility which was given by PT. Bank Permata, Tbk. On January 28, 2009, Herman Djaya had proposed Lawsuit upon PT. Bank Permata, Tbk., and Rudy Sutanto/PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama through Registrar of North Jakarta District Court. The Lawsuit was related to auction of mortgage object as meant on Auction Paper No. 117/2008 and Deed of Sale and Purchase No. 15/2002. And to represent its legal interest of the case above, PT. Bank Permata, Tbk., had appointed Novian & Partners as its Legal Consultant. On August 31st, 2009, Council of Judges of North Jakarta District Court had given Decision upon its Case No. 28/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Jkt.Ut by rejected all material of the Plaintiff’s Lawsuit.
