REVIEW OF COURT THE DECISION OF THE SUPREME COURT OF INDONESIA No. 2704 K/Pdt/2018 WAS REJECTED.

Against the Decision of the Supreme Court of The Republic of Indonesia No. 2704 K/PDT/2018, Mr. Budiman Danamik/Defendant II, has declared and registered the Memory Review to the Supreme Court of The Republic of Indonesia.

In the case of the Review, Drs. H. Ade Swara as the Respondent of The Review represented by his legal interests by Novian & Partners has submitted a Counter Memory Review in accordance with the period permitted in the Law.

The Supreme Court of Indonesia has given the Decision of Case No. 900 PK/Pdt.G/2020 dated December 28, 2020 with Amar as follows:

• Reject the application for review from Budiman Damanik review applicant, the;

• Punish the Review Applicant to pay the costs of the case at all levels of the judiciary, which in the examination of the reviewer returns amounting to Rp. 2.500.000,- (two million five hundred thousand rupiah) ;
