TB. Sukatma, SH. MH, and Nicholas R.E Harahap SH., from Novian & Partners Lawfirm, have accompanied Ade Burhanuddin, SE., MM and H. Mahyudin, A.Pi, MM in trial process of Case Num.31/Pid.Sus/TPK/2016/PN.Srg and Num. 32/Pid.Sus/TPK/2016/PN.srg at Corruption Court at Class 1A Serang District Court.
After examination of witnesses, experts, The Accused, and evidences have been done, on Januari 17th, 2017 The Council of Judges at Corruption Court at Class 1A Serang District Court have announced The Verdict on Case Num.31/Pid.Sus/TPK/2016/PN.Srg and Num. 32/Pid.Sus/TPK/2016/PN.srg, both stated to:
1.State THE ACCUSED has not been legally and convincingly proven done criminal act as in Primary Accusation, and therefore acquit Ade Burhanuddin, SE., MM and H. Mahyudin, A.Pi, MM from Primary Accusation;
2.State THE ACCUSED Ade Burhanuddin, SE., MM and H. Mahyudin, A.Pi, MM has been legally and convincingly proven jointly done criminal act as in Subsidiary Accusation.
3.Hence impose a penalty upon Ade Burhanuddin, SE., MM and H. Mahyudin, A.Pi, MM with imprisonment of 1 (one) year 4 (four) month and Fine in amount of IDR.50,000,00.00 (fifty million Rupiahs) with condition if The Fine has not been paid, it would be replace with confinement of 1 (one) month.
