Alegal occurance took place between PT. Verena Multi Finance (PLAINTIF) and PT. Tiga Karya Putra Mandiri (FIRST DEFENDANT/DEFENDANT I) in relation to the Financing Credit Facility of 8 (eight) Excavators and Bulldozers, as stated in the Financing Credit Facility Agreement No. 8010000865.00 dated August 2nd 2012 including its ammendments. On April 7th 2015 PT. Verena Multi Finance, Tbk through Novian & Partners filed a Tort Civil Lawsuit against PT. Tiga Karya Putra Mandiri Cs in the District Court of Central Jakarta as stated in Case No. 141/Pdt.G/2015/PN. Jkt. Pst. During the mediation process in the District Court of South Jakarta, Both Parties agreed to hole a settlement, where PT. Tiga Karya Putra Mandiri will conduct payments for its liabilities to PT. Verena Multi Finance, Tbk. The said settlement is stipulated under a verdict issued by the Diistrict Court of Central Jakarta in Case No. 141/Pdt.G/2015/PN. Jkt. Pst.
