Upon Civil Case filed by PT. Intersatria Budi Perkasa Muia against The association of Casablanca Mansions Tenants Num. 238/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Jkt.Sel, on February 2nd, 2015, South Jakarta District Court has given the Judgment on such Case which stated to grant the Lawsuit by PT. Intersatria Budi Perkasa Mulia (The Plaintiff) for some parts and stated that THE DEFENDANT has done illegal action (onrechmatige daad) causing a loss to THE PLAINTIFF. Against The Judgment by South Jakarta District Court Num.238/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Jkt.Sel dated on February 2nd, 2015, The Association of Casablanca Mansions Tenants has filed an appeal and to represent the legal interest of PT. Intersatria Budi Perkasa Mulia in appeal process, Novian & Partners has been appointed as a Legal Attorney of PT. Intersatria Budi Perkasa Mulia.
