There is a legal relationship between PT. Bank Permata, Tbk as a Creditor and Achmanto Jahja as a Debtor related to Loan Facility. To secure the fulfillment of liabilities to PT. Bank Permata, Tbk, Achmanto Jahja has given the collateral which is a land and building binding with mortgage. PT. Bank Permata, Tbk has filed a Petition for Execution towards mortgage object and upon such Petition for Execution, Achmanto Jahja cs has filed a Resistance through North Jakarta District Court as in Case Num. 14/Pdt.Plw/2015/PN.Jkt.Utr. And to represent its legal interest in Such Case Num. 14/Pdt.Plw/2015/PN.Jkt.Utr., PT. Bank Permata, Tbk has appointed Novian & Partners as its Legal Attorney. Currently, The trial of Case Num. 14/Pdt.Plw/2015/PN.Jkt.Utr. Is being held at North Jakarta District Court.
