On May 12th, 2014, PT. Sari Mutigading Asri has filed a Lawsuit based on Default against PT. Energi Batu Bara Lestari related to Procurement of Goods & Services of Chemical Intra-Coal Product and Spraying Services. PT. Energi Batu Bara has appointed Novian & Partners as Its Legall Attorney to represent the legal interest of PT. Energi Batu Bara Lestari as A Defendant in Civil Case Num. 224/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Jkt. Bar at West Jakarta District Court. On February 12th, 2015, The Council of Judges at West Jakarta District Court has given the Judgment on Case Num. 224/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Jkt. Bar in which stated that The Lawsuit filed by PT. Sari Mutigading Asri could not be accepted (niet ontvankelijke verklaard).
