On March 9th of 2012, Risal Mansur has filed a lawsuit against PT. Astra Sedaya Finance as 1st of 1st Defendant, PT. Astra Internasional, Tbk Daihatsu Pluit as 2nd of 1st Defendant and PT. Astra Credit Companies as 3rd of 1st Defendant through The Registrar of West Jakarta District Court as in Case Num. 130/Pdt.G./2012/PN.Jkt.Bar. The legal relationship with PT. Astra Sedaya Finance as 1st of 1st Defendant is related to financing facility to purchase 1 (one) unit of vehicles as mentioned in Financing Agreement with transfer of Right of Ownership under Fiduciary. PT. Astra Sedaya Finance has appointed Novian & Partners as legal attorney in trial process at West Jakarta District Court to represent the legal interest as 1st of 1st Defendant. And on February 15th of 2013, West Jakarta District Court has given the Judgment which stated to: 1. Grant The Rebuttal (Eksepsi) by 1st of 1st Defendant; 2. State that The West Jakarta District Court is not authorized to examine and hear such case; 3. Punish the Plaintiff to pay the court fees which will be determined later;
