On October 16th 2009, PT. Boustead Maxitherm Industries has filed breach of contract lawsuit against PT. Wachyuni Mandira through the Secretariat of District Court of Central Jakarta as in case No. 396/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Jkt.Pst PT. Wachyuni Mandira has appointed Novian & Partners as legal counsel to represent the interests of law as a defendant in the case. On august 4th 2010, Central Jakarta District Court has made a decision to grant the exception of the defendant and declaire the plaintiffs lawsuit is unexcepteble. In the appeal process, on December 13th 2011, DKI Jakarta High Court has granting decision case No. 384/PDT/2011/PT.DKI – to reinforce decision of Central Jakarta District Court case No. 396/Pdt.G/2009/PN.JktPst dated august 24th 2010.
