Mr. Joni Hermawan filed a laesuit through Central Jakarta District Courtas in Case No. 331/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Pst., with also putting Ms. Elisa Putrianti (Head Underwriting) of PT. Astra Sedaya Finance. As the Attorney at Law of PT. Astra Sedaya Finance, Novian & Partners has been appointed to represent Sdr. Elisa Putrianti in the trial of Case No. 331/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Pst. On December 15, 2010, The Counsel of Judges of Central Jakarta District Court has given the Decision No. 331/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Pst., in which stating that Mr. Joni Hermawan’s Lawsuit No. 331/Pdt.G/2010/PN.Jkt.Pst. has been dropped.
