Bank Permata, Tbk through Novian & partners as the attorney at law has filed a Suspension of Payment Submission against Otong Djalihin through The Commercial Court at Central Jakarta District Court as case registered in register no. 02/PKPU/2011/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. On February 1st, 2011 the Councel of Judges of commercial Court at Central Jakarta District Court has given the Verdict, in which stated to : In Exception : – Stated that exception by respondent can not be accepted. In Subject Matters: 1. Granting the temporary Suspension of Payment Submission by petitioner within 45 (fourty five) days from the date the temporary suspension of payment was declared 2.
