PT. Genta Ardia Abadi, on February 16, 2004 had submitted objection through District Court of West Jakarta as on Case No. 059/Pdt.G/2004/PN.JKT.BAR., by positioning PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk., as contested party. On July 19, 2004, Council of Judges of District Court of West Jakarta had decided Case No. 059/Pdt.G/2004/PN.JKT.BAR. by rejecting objection of PT. Genta Ardia Abadi for its whole. In appeal process, Judge of DKI Jakarta High Court on October 31, 2008 had given a decision of Case No. 289/PDT/2008/PT.DKI with contents among others to substantiate Decision of District Court of West Jakarta No. 059/Pdt.G/2004/PN.Jkt.Bar dated February 16, 2004. Against Decision of DKI Jakarta High Court dated October 31, 2008, PT. Genta Ardia Abadi submitted Cassation Application and on the process, Novian & Partners had been appointed as Attorney of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk. Cassation application as submitted by PT. Genta Ardia Abadi could not be accepted due to it did not meet with formal requirements as meant on Letter of Chief of District Court of West Jakarta to Chief of Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia No. W10-U2/3286/HK.02/VII/2009 dated July 21, 2009 regarding Delivery of Letter of Registrar No. 059/Pdt.G/2004/PN.Jkt.Bar.
